Sports and Clubs

Extra-Curricular activities are offered according to the interest of the students. This year brought 6-8 weeks of after-school clubs which included chess, crafts, science, and tennis. Students can also sign up for our boys' or girls' basketball team, with rigorous after-school practice sessions and games played against other neighborhood schools. Mathcounts, the national math enrichment program, promoting middle-school achievement, meets during the week. The club challenges the students' math skills, develops self-confidence and rewards them for their accomplishments.
